- With people already queuing for what they thought would be one show at 10:37 Sunday morning the venue announced via their twitter account that Prince would now play three shows, with doors to the first now opening at 6 p.m.. And no info on the other sets at that time. later in the afternoon it was said this second show would be from 10 p.m. to midnight. This meant the venue got its normal Sunday 11 p.m. curfew lifted for the occasion, a cause of concern for queuing fans fearing there would be three very short shows.
Later in the afternoon, with around 1.500 people –more than one shows capacity– queuing information came that there would be a third show. This also meant the venue got its normal Sunday 11 p.m. curfew lifted for the occasion, a cause of concern for queuing fans fearing there would be three very short shows.
- At 11.15 p.m. the earlier announced third ’midnight' show was confirmed to take place via Koko’s twitter account, just as people were proceeding inside for the second show. However with only about 350 people waiting in queue for the last show it was first announced the show would now be free of charge. Around midnight however, with some people leaving show 2 all 350 people waiting outside were let in during Stratus to see the last encores of show 2, free of charge. And no third show was played.
