The Single Most Amazing is an unreleased track by Prince featuring lead vocals by Rita Ora, at one time planned for inclusion on her sophomore album, originally due in September 2014, then postponed to January 2015, then delayed till the summer at which point it also did not come out. After much delay and many changes Ora’s album was ultimately released as 'Phoenix' in November 2018, omitting the song altogether.
A short snippet of a music video remix of the song was posted on Rita Ora’s YouTube account and promoted on her Twitter account on 10 July 2014. The link was removed within 5 minutes; it was replaced later the same day by another music video snippet posted on Vimeo, this time of a different studio version of the song.
Both music videos consisted of a excerpt of the song, over images from an advertising campaign Rita Ora did for Roberto Cavalli’s Fall / Winter 2014-2015 collection.
While specific recording dates are not known, it is assumed to have been recorded in late 2013 at Paisley Park Studios in Chanhassen, Minnesota (along with Ain’t About 2 Stop and Pink Champagne/Champagne Kisses, also planned for her second album). More information will be added as it becomes known.
