What Should B Souled is an unreleased song recorded in early Summer 1999 at Paisley Park Studios in Chanhassen, Minnesota (it was debuted live soon after recording, at a Paisley Park Studios show on 3 July 1999 (a.m.)). The song was mentioned on Love4OneAnother.com repeatedly, but is not known to have been included on any configuration of his next album Rave Un2 The Joy Fantastic. It was mentioned as being included on Crystal Ball Volume II, but was not listed in the selection of tracks which people could vote on for inclusion during Prince: A Celebration in June 2000, perhaps because it was already a confirmed choice. The project was abandoned, however, and the track remains unreleased.
