Koo Koo is a video by Sheila E. released for broadcast and to promote the single. Exact shooting date and location are unknown, but it was likely shot in early 1987.
Koo Koo is mainly a sing and dance performance by Sheila E. with Cat in a colorful room. Of note, it is Cat’s first appearance in a Prince-related video.
Two versions of the video were created for broadcast: the album version and the longer 5:09 version.
Other videos were shot for songs that were included on Sheila E.’s third album. Snippets of Hold Me and Love On A Blue Train were used as TV-advertisements for the HiFI Maclord VCR model manufactured by National in Japan. The full videos were not released for broadcast. Koo Koo is the last video released by Sheila E. as a Paisley Park Records artist.
